As a future educational leader and somebody completely new to blogs, I find
that they can be excellent ways to share and collaborate insights, or action
research plans for that matter, with other educational leaders across the
world. In a sense, I view blogs as sort of an online journal that
administrators can access at any time to reflect on action plans that have been successful. It is in a sense a way to document our thinking, share our findings, and trade insights with our colleagues.
That is a good point about sharing plans on a blog as well as following leaders that use them. I never really thought too much about blogs, but now am starting that they can be valuable tools.
